According to thebrickfan to this exclusive variant one is available with purchase from UK LEGO shop at home and UK LEGO official stores May 16th-31st. Brickfan speculates it will be available in the US in the future (speculates). While I love the LEGO Shredder that we've seen in LEGO TMNT sets (both variants) I don't really feel the need to hunt this one down.
